Headaches

So for the last few weeks, I have been getting headaches every day. Most mornings, I wake up with it thumping in my right eye. I am about to give up and go to the dr, but I really hate to because I have not been to the dr for my anual in like 3 years. I dont want to spend that money on myself. I know before you say it, if I dont take care of myself, who is going to take care of my kids...but I just want to use that money on the kids. ARGH I am so sick of the pain. I had hoped that it was only because of my monthly, but here it is a week and a half later and I am still hurting EVERYDAY!!!

VERY FRUSTRAITED!!!

So this morning on GMA there was a segment about parents allowing their teenage childern having sex in their homes. One parent said that she feels like her child will be safe at home. Most of the time the condoms are in the night stand drawer (her words not mine). COME ON!!!! Do most parents think that just because there are condoms being used that their child will not get pregnant/get girl pregnant??? COME ON FOLKS!!!!!!! Condoms break ALL THE TIME!!! I know that most use just for the "SAFE SEX" (not getting AIDS) and what not, but seriously, some girls dont like the way it feels, so then no condom is used. And in the same time, some boys dont like to use them because they dont like the way it feels, so then again NO CONDOMS USED!!!  So then what good is that drawer full of condoms?? The lady said something about from ages 15-18. Well let me tell you something 18 is an adult. No I would not be happy with the idea of my 18 year old child having sex in my house, but THAT IS AN ADULT!!! Now on the flip side....15 WHATS IS WRONG WITH THESE PARENTS SAYING ITS OK AT 15???? FIFTEEN!!!! At 15 the kids need to be thinking about other things like getting an education not having SEX.

Having a baby at the age of 18 was hard for me, I cant image what having one at 15, 16, 17 would be like. I am in no way downing anyone who has had one earlier than 18, but I am saying I wish I knew then what I know now. I love my children (all 4 of them) with ALL my heart, and would not take anything in this world for ANY of them. Having a child when you are still a KID yourself is not easy. It CANT be!!!

Please understand that I am not downing you if YOU are ok with YOUR child having sex before they are GROWN, but this is MY blog, and I am NOT ok with MY child having sex before they are grown.  I am TRYING to raise my kids in a Christian home, with Christian values. I dont want my kids to even think about that stuff!!!

End of school

Well here we are. Today was the last FULL day of school for my kids. They have to go Saturday to get their report cards. I know that sounds crazy, but we had several snow days then had several flooding days that the kids missed. So we had to add 2 days to our normal school year. I was planning on giving them a special treat. So tonight I am making one of their favorite dinners. My oldest asks me just about every night if I can make Lasagna and usually I wont, because I dont have all the stuff. But tonight she has no clue that I am surprising her with her favorite dinner. I have thought about doing different things to make the start to summer a great one. I have though about putting streamers in the door way so that when my kids walk into the house they are brought into a fun zone, but I still have not made it to do that. One day I will!!!! Got to love ideas that never seem to get put into action. I feel so bad about not doing it, but the kids know nothing about it, so that kinda lightnes the feeling.

PMS

So I know that I am not the only woman who suffers from PMS. I absolutely hate the time of the month. My husband says we only have 2 weeks (at the most) a month of the nice me. He says the week before my period and the week of my period are the worse weeks of EVERY MONTH. I have to agree to a point. I am grouchy, angry, crying at the drop of a hat, and just all around BLAH!!! Well from time to time, I keep telling myself that I will not do all of the above this month. I will not be a witch with a capital W!!! But then he picks at me until I am that way. Then gets mad and yells he wishes I would just quit breathing. (no he does not mean it, but he has told me that before)
Do you ever notice that you husband seems to have PMS too? I mean he gets very grouchy, angry and just down right nasty!!!! Yes ladies men have it to. Its NOT ALL YOU!!!! However if you ask you husband when he is being this way if he is having his time of the month, he gets even worse. Trust me ladies, HE DOES HAVE IT TO!!!! Just watch, I think I have mine figured out exactly when mine has his. I think his is 2 weeks after mine. Yep. So got to love the new time of the month!!!

Couponing

Ok, I have probably already talked about it once here, but I am going to talk about it again. I am trying to be a great couponer. (if thats even a word) So my cousin gave me some coupons for $2.00 off Heinz ketchup. So Walmart had it for $1.98. Guess what??? I got 6 bottles of it. Well then the same cousin gets coupons for save $1.00 off 2 boxes of Cremett pasta. Well Krogers had it if you bought 10 boxes you got it for $0.49 each. That night I ended up getting 20 boxes of pasta, and 3 more bottles of ketchup and I only spent...wait for it....$1.07. YES!!!!! So the next day I went to a different Krogers and got 20 more boxes of pasta, 3 more bottles of ketchup, I also had a coupon for a free box of Cheerios and a coupon for a free bottle of Kraft Dressing. I also got 2 cans of spaghetti sauce and I only spent...wait for it....$3.38!!!! ARE YOU BELIEVING THIS???? I was so excited. I now have 40 boxes of pasts and a total 12 (40 oz) bottles of ketchup!!!

So now I ask YOU, is there a certain place you get your coupons?
I go to couponmom.com couponsuzy.com and another one that I cant think of right now. WHERE DO YOU GO???

TV

so for the last probably 6 years, we have not had any cable or any satellite. Well the other day my phone company called and was talking to me about our internet speed. I then proceed to ask her if they planned on getting their cable back on at some time. I loved when they had cable. It was always clear and not too expensive. She informs me that we will be getting it back this June. I am so excited. I cant wait. I will get to enjoy shows like A Baby Story, and Birth Day this summer. I LOVE THOSE SHOWS!!! So while my kids are away this summer, Mommy will be able to enjoy TV time. WOO HOO!!! I just wish there was some kind of way that they would ONLY charge you for the channels you ACTUALLY watched. I mean, I know that we dont watch channels like ESPN and things like that, so if we could only pay for the ones we watch that would be the IDEAL company.

Just my thoughts

So I had a blog in mind today about how my husband yells at me every time something does not go JUST RIGHT, but I cant make myself post it. So I am sitting here thinking what else I can talk about seeing as I have not blogged in weeks (sorry for that by the way).
Now that I have chose my topic I will actually start my blog for the day.
THE ROYAL WEDDING
Tomorrow is the big day. I am not really sure if I am excited or just BLAH about it. I know that I will not be getting up early in the morning just to watch it, but I think I really do want to watch it. I have heard that once they are married they will not have a bunch of servants. I love that. I think that even though they have plenty of money should not mean they cant do things like us normal (not rich) people. I wonder just what it must be like for Catherine? I mean she is going to literally be a PRINCESS by this time tomorrow. How fun would that be?
My oldest daughter keeps saying shes going to wake you at like 3 AM. I keep saying NO YOUR NOT!!! Then yesterday I hear that the actual wedding will happen about 5 maybe 6 my time. That kinda makes me happy. I will get up at 5:30 to get kids ready for school anyways. If it starts at 6, I will be able to watch it. FUN!!! So who all is watching it?
